Refund Policy

VegasNightclubVIP.com will refund the purchase price of all VIP passes that are returned "unused" and in good condition.

All VIP passes that were purchased and not returned will not be refunded.

Purchased VIP passes that are returned damaged or are ripped, mutilated, folded, or stained will not be refunded.

In addition, if a buyer makes a purchase and decides to return "all" purchased VIP passes for a refund, then all "bonus" VIP passes must also be returned. Bonus VIP passes are only provided on a complimentary basis when a purchase is made by the buyer.

All "bonus" VIP passes that are not returned will be charged at the regular price.

The buyer requesting a "full refund" for all purchased VIP passes will also be charged $10 for shipping and processing of the original order. As such, the free shipping and processing offered on all orders will not apply to orders that are "full refund" orders.

Please notify us at info@vegasnightclubvip.com if you wish to request a refund and to obtain the return address. In order to improve our service to our customers please provide a reason for your refund request.
